ところが、日本の大手メディアは中国に対し、及び腰だ。実は日本の新聞社やNHKをはじめとするテレビ局は「日中記者交換協定」というものを結んでおり、中国に対して不利な報道をしないように決められているのだ。だから、中国の真実について報じようとしない。そればかりか「中国なしでは日本経済は成り立たない」などとミスリードを連発し、ビジネス界でも当たり前のように受け入れている。果たして本当なのか。 公式データを元に調べて見ると日本は中国に経済依存などしていないし、むしろ中国と付き合うことのリスクの方が高いことが窺える。日本経済は中国がなくともまったく困らないのだ。
