Only positive thoughts


With this wonderful audiobook I realized that the use of hypnosis allowed me to overcome the problems to sleep easily, because through this technique I could replace the stressful thoughts by pleasant ones, which has helped me a lot to sleep deeply and relax.

I’ve been waking up a lot in the middle of the night and struggling to get back to sleep. I often listen to the Calm app which is great. A good night's sleep

Very impressed

I have a bedtime routine and usually I just want to watch TV to fall asleep quickly but I am extremely impressed with this audiobook, the stories you hear in the audios allow your mind to travel and be part of the stories and it makes your body get to a state that you don't realize when you fall completely asleep, my favorite story is travel through space and time

Disconnecting from the outside

With this audiobook I can disconnect from the outside world and have my moment of peace and quiet. A moment to relax and just listen to the stories. It has become one of my favorite times of the day. I have loved it all!

Reduce insomnia

Suffering from insomnia is really a burden. You are supposed to rest and recover from the exhausting day you have, but you wake up really exhausted and in a bad mood. Thanks to this great opportunity to find this book I managed to sleep well again. It helped me calm my thoughts, find peace with those soft voices and the series of relaxing scenarios that made me fall into a deep and restful sleep

My sleep routine


Listening to this audiobook I made it my routine every night before going to sleep, I am a senior student of political science and every day my anxiety about finishing my degree increases but when I listen to the stories I can feel that my mind reaches a state of relaxation and all the thoughts about what awaits me next disappear and I can rest.

Worthwhile

Personally I think it is a good audiobook. It contains a lot of stories that are very nice and have good messages. The voice of the narrator is nice and everything is good in general. I also really enjoyed learning about hypnosis and the tips on how to release stress.

It's perfect

This audiobook is just what I needed because I wanted to hear stories like the ones my grandparents used to tell me. It has been very touching for me and listening to these stories before going to bed has relaxed me and has made me sleep comfortably.

I liked everything about this audiobook. It contains very nice and pleasant stories from which you can learn more about values and how to be a good person. It relaxes you and you can sleep very comfortably. The narration is excellent and the sound is relaxing. I give it 5 stars.

Very good content

I usually buy audiobooks just because I like listening to stories, whatever they are about, because listening to stories makes me feel good and I could relax before going to sleep. But I really liked the stories, just like the ones my parents used to tell me. There is also a thorough explanation about stress, hypnosis and a lot of tips.

It feels good

Listening to this audiobook is really very enjoyable. I listen to it over and over again and it doesn't bore me at all, in fact I love how it makes me feel to listen to these stories while I'm in my bed or doing anything else as it makes me concentrate really well.

100% recommended

I was sceptical about all this kind of stuff but I was in a very high state of stress and couldn't sleep. In my desperate attempts I found this audiobook and it has been my remedy and my help. I liked it from the introduction to the conclusion. It really is amazing.
