This one is a no brainer

Go for it, if you need more sleep, and you’re stressed
Go for it, if you have been through a lot difficult times of late, and and depressed.
Go for it, if you need to be up early, and wake up fresh like a fruit.
More than anything, go for it, if you just need some self time and meditate
