Like soba noodles, udon noodles are a well known type of Japanese noodles. Made from flour, they are distinctively thick and white. うどんはそばと同様、日本の代表的な麺類で、小麦粉を材料としており、太く白いのが特徴です。

ちなみに、関東の人はそば好きで、関西の人はうどん好きといわれています。
