Great - Beautiful - Exercises

Really enjoy these powerful exercises - a few things that are not so clear though - I don’t have a clear understanding on how to work through the course - is it one exercise a week ? - one a day ? - little confusing - also the website referred to in the book seems to be not active - bummer - especially for people with anxiety lol - please workout the site - thank you for your work - just some area leave you hanging and feel incomplete
