This book is very straightforward. Focuses on meditation/mindfulness practices based mostly on Vipassana. Pinpoints the effectiveness of practice when we kindle the loving kindness as our core personality. The letting go reflects during meditation when we adhere to such state of loving kindness' tranquil bliss. Meditation is no longer a practice but a way of life. Effortless. Very akin to zen meditation but combines all essence of different sects and their notion of compassion. Reminds me of some Thich Nhat Hanh books. If you liked this I would recommend 'Zen mind the beginners mind' by Shunryu Suzuki.
