Concept is good, however meditation duration is long. In my opinion, it is not practical (at least for me) to do such longer meditation daily.

I feel, I am fine with my “Headspace” app for daily meditation.

I would definitely try Neurosculpting exercise for specific purpose like “Health & Healing” when required...
