Meaningful affirmations that leave an impact on your brain and helps you build high self-esteem. My first audio book on such a topic ever and I would say the narrator has narrated it so well, I cannot imagine hearing it with such an impact from anyone else (since we usually ask our friends or family or narrate these affirmations ourselves). I would like to try self-narration too some day or from a very dear one, to see if it leaves as much of an impact as it did with Madam Louise L. Hay's voice. Highly recommended for all. Brings joy and peace too.
