A complete meditation manual

I am an experienced meditator and thought that I had a solid foundation to work from until encountered this book. I scrapped my practice and started right back at stage one. Now at stage 4 I am really impressed and progressing with confidence. This book is backed up by a Reddit group, Culadasa's own web page. He is training teachers in this method. He can also be found on Youtube and Soundcloud. So whether your goal is to have more peace in your life or you are on a quest for enlightenment this book and its extra resources is fantastic.

20% Meditation, 80% Brain Science

If your aim is to learn to meditate, this is not the book for you. Look for books that don't have "brain science" in the title. One such book that has helped me profoundly is Mindfulness in Plain English by Bhante Henepola. The title says it all.
