हिन्दी और उर्दू के मशहूर संपादक प्रकाश पंडित के अनुवाद में मंटो की कलम का जादू इस पुस्तक की हर कहानी में बरकरार है।

कहानियां समाज का सच्चा आईना
वास्तव में मंटो की कहानियां समाज के यथार्थ की परतों को इस तरह खोलती चलती है कि हम भी कहानियों का एक हिस्सा बने बगैर रह नहीं सकते

Manto at his best
मंटो की कहानियां हमें जीबन और समाज के उन पहलुओं से रुबरु कराती है, जिस से हम सामना करने से कतराते हैं।
