It is more of her story than the actual technique,

It is not impressive as it is her story and not going deep into the technique of vippasana, i thing visiting dhamma website gives better insight, not worthy of reading

The touching story of the writer

Vipassana is the scientific and secular way of meditation. It doesn't unnecessarily glorify the meditation, it simply put things as they are. Shonali is superb in explaining the art and science of meditation and its role in transforming the human life.
Great book.
Must read.
