Nobel laureate Erwin Schrödinger's What is Life? is one of the great science classics of the 20th century. A distinguished physicist's exploration of the question which lies at the heart of biology, it was written for the layman but proved one of the spurs to the birth of molecular biology and the subsequent discovery of the structure of DNA. Book is packed with insights and concepts but the English seems difficult to grasp due to probably long sentences with each sentence having lots of info than one can grasp in one time. Or probably the narrator has to do a better job as commented by someone.

Difficult English

Kind of song to listen. Schrodinger made it easy to understand and become sceptical, listening is better than reading.

A physicist view of Life is a very rare piece of work. His thoughts and explanations are way ahead of his time.
Many times it is difficult to follow as he has put in his thoughts in a very concise way.
I see few readers have commented about the reader of the book that it was difficult to follow. Actual reason I feel is that this book has presented his views in very condensed form and that is why it is difficult to follow the noble mind.
You need to revisit the chapter multiple times to really understand what Erwin has really meant.

Narrator Seems to Read the sentences at a single Breath, making it unpleasant it listen. Probably He Read it without Understanding a bit of it himself.

Great Book, poor Narration

The narrator has not understood a line. He reads without punctuations or pauses. Extremely unpleasant and difficult to understand the authors thoughts just because of the poor quality narration.
