To the point

This book is for people, 1. who either have meditated, but not effectively as they feel, or 2. newbies intending to do, or 3. just even to know what meditation can do to us.

The one very likeable aproach is no waste of time. Everything is to the point, no repetition in any form.
Go for it without any questions in mind.
