Be that as it may, this is an excellent audiobook on Yoga Nidra. Goes into depth about theoritical aspects of Yoga Nidra and later, method too.
The narrator is a bit too slow IMO so while I normally dont do it, listening at 1.25x speed is very helpful in such books.
