it's insightful & amazing.

everything is awesome, please upload the guided meditation in the last chapter to Spotify if possible! it's super relaxing and comprehensive too! I do wish that since almost everything, is like Vipassana I wish the differences were explained and whether we can practice both back to back and so on.

Excellent Guide

This book is a complete guide to experience eternal peace and self heal. The narration and the voice is so soothing that one is already meditating listening to it. The concept described and examples given to understand each theory is very relatable and easy to accept. A must book for all to gain sanity in this chaotic world. Thanks!
