We have had some excellent feedback from some listeners. One listener messaged us and wanted us to discuss intermittent fasting and what we thought about strength training as a whole. Both of us have done strength training for sport in the past and we both love it but on this episode we speak more about general health and strength training than overloading for competition. Intermittent Fasting is currently very popular and we are advocates for it- we talk about how to do it safely and why to do it.

He is known for breaking a number of world records all by practicing breathwork and exposing himself to extreme cold temperatures. We discuss the science and why we agree with Wim on how breathing practices and Cold exposure can improve our health by altering our biochemistry from an acidic state to a more alkaline state, reducing inflammation in the body which is what causes illness and disease.

FASCIA. It's a term passed around health and sports circles often, but not a ton of people realize how CRITICAL it is to our overall health and ability to move. This was a fascinating podcast to hear about the absolute beauty of the human body and our FASCIA.
