  • If You Wait Until You’re Ready, You’ll Wait Forever
    Jan 25 2026

In today’s episode of Cultivate Kindness, we’re talking about something so many of us are quietly waiting for: the feeling of being “ready.”

This episode was inspired by a quote I came across that made me pause and reflect, the kind of sentence that meets you exactly where you are in life. It captures something I’ve learned the hard way: if we keep waiting to feel ready, confident, or certain, we might be waiting forever.

Listen to this episode now to find out more!

We hope you enjoy it xx

  • What Travelling Teaches Us (Even With Anxiety)
    Jan 18 2026

In today’s episode of Cultivate Kindness, I’m sharing something a little more personal: the lessons travelling has taught me, even as someone who has never found travel easy.

For a long time, anxiety made travelling feel overwhelming rather than exciting. Being far from home, out of routine, surrounded by unfamiliar languages, food, and systems often felt like too much. And while travel can still be challenging for me, I’ve slowly learned that anxiety doesn’t disqualify us from meaningful experiences.

You can feel anxious and still grow. You can feel anxious and still create memories that stay with you.

In this episode, I talk openly about travel anxiety, privilege, and the pressure to “see the world,” especially when social media makes travel look effortless and glamorous. I alos share the life lessons travel has taught me!

    I hope you enjoy it

  • Coexisting with people you might not get along with
    Dec 21 2025

We don’t get to choose everyone we share space with—and sometimes, those differences can feel overwhelming. In this episode, we explore what it really means to coexist with people you don’t get along with: at work, at home, in families, and in communities. We talk about setting healthy boundaries, managing emotional triggers, practicing empathy without self-betrayal, and learning when acceptance is more powerful than agreement. Newsletter

  • Do We Think Too Much About Ourselves? A Conversation on Self-Exploration
    Dec 7 2025

We all want to understand ourselves but can too much reflection actually hold us back? In today’s episode, I present a little debate between self-awareness and overthinking to try and find out whether self exploration is a good thing or not.

From the pressure of “figuring it all out” to the freedom of simply being, I try to come to terms what it means to reflect on ourselves without turning it into a form of self-interrogation.
