On episode 8 we spoke about how for a while now I have been living life a bear in a cave. Trapped in my comfort zone. Happy to just work, come home, lock the door behind me and just comfort eat. As a result the weight has piled on and its finally come to boiling point.

Episode 9 I go live to my TikTok & Youtube community and i discuss how this week I've started putting the wheels in motion. Setting goals, Creating a life of purpose. I no longer want to just live. I want to thrive and I hope to have you join me on my Journey.

I'am very sorry i've not been around, my head has been in a very dark place and i have had alot of behind the scenes stuff i've had to deal with. As a result my mental and physical health have suffered.

I have woken, left the deep dark cave i've been living and i'am here today to bare my Arse to the world.

As men we all have behind the scene shit going on in our lives that we feel is best locked away. We think its best to keep them to ourselves and not tell anyone. This simply is not true.

This podcast is here for you to see my progress and hopefully be a platform for you to share your issues. A problem shared is a problem halved right?

Fri 1st April ... Today I weigh in at 15s 5lbs ..... yes yes I know ive put on 2lbs but its not time to put pressure on myself just yet. How have I put it on, do I know? This episode I look at possitive and negative pressure, is there such a thing?

Fri 25th March, Today I weigh in at 15s 3lbs..... A weight ive now been stuck on for over a month. My comfort weight is 15s and iam oh so close to my comfort zone that i feel it has traped me early.

Now I do currently have Covid and I do feel ive been using this as an excuse and I do feel for over a month ive started Self Sabotaging ... Is this something you find yourself doing?

Thursday 3rd March... This episode I weighed in at 15s 2lbs. I tell you where ive been over the last couple of weeks and tell you about my first hurdle I came across on my new journey in life.

Life isnt easy, things will get in our way BUT its all about sticking to your goals. 

Life will end up how you want it to be IF you have faith in your ability, give yourself some grace and be kind to yourself....

Friday 11th Feb 2022 I weighed in today at 15s 6lbs ...

On this episode I hit my first goal, which was to loose a Stone in weight (14lbs)

I also do some personal research into Keytones and try to work out what the hell they are? Do we need them ? What do they actually do ?

I look at other products available on the market such as Berocca and see if they can do as good a job for a fraction of the price.
