  • Episode 3 | Season Of The Soul | Equinox Sound Journey
    Sep 21 2026

This week we greet the Autumn Equinox followed by a full moon. I am too exhausted to actually take to the mic and talk(please forgive me). But I've put together a beautiful autumn inspired sound journey, gentle rain and a deeply soothing crystal soundbath to help guide you towards the space of reflection and rest.

    Themes to consider this season:

    • Balance, where is your energy and focus placed. What needs reassessing before the darker months are here.
    • Crossing a threshold towards the soul, for external to internal. Reflection and self growth.
    • Journey towards winter, as the veil thins how can you honour your ancestors and journey.
    • Gathering in preparation, we are in the final harvest, what must you call in to support yourself this winter.
    • Exhale/release/letting go
    • Change be beautiful, how do you greet it? With ease? Resistance? fear....
    • Letting go and shedding is necessary
    • Moving closer to the underworth, the veil thinning of Samhain is around the corner.
    • Mabon rituals and traditions honor the themes of balance, gratitude, and release
    • Gratitude: what are you grateful for? Make a list.
    • Shadow ritual, what fears might be present. write them down, then light a candle for hope and burn the list.

    Fall Weather

It is the summer’s great last heat,

It is the fall’s first chill: They meet.

  • Episode 2 | Between Seasons
    Sep 14 2026

In todays episode, I talk a little about ahimsa, in quite a specific context, since the philosophy and meaning can be applied to a lot.

How has your internal voice been behaving?

    How is your heart feeling?

Less compassion for yourself, means less compassion for others too....

The word Ahimsa (Sanskrit:ahiṃsā, Pāli: avihiṃsā) means 'not to injure' and 'compassion'. The word is derived from the Sanskrit root hiṃs – to strike; hiṃsā is injury or harm; a-hiṃsā is the opposite of this, i.e. cause no injury, do no harm. Ahimsa is also referred to as nonviolence, and it applies to all living beings—including all animals—in ancient Indian religions.

Grab a blanket, a cup of tea and reflect on how things have been, save the blissful 'between seasons' sound meditation for a true moment of rest.

  • PODCAST NEW SERIES | Second Spring
    Sep 7 2026

Well, it's felt like a lifetime since we were here and I wasn't sure if I was going to come back to the podcast. I've been finding the internet a little overwhelming and like I can't carve out space in it to actually make a difference or connect to my clients properly.

But here we are, here I am again, rambling through my thoughts and experiences these recent few months, I hope there's some support, comfort in what I am saying and trying to share.

    This week I reflect on:

The last few months and the move

    Transition into Autumn.

    Slowing down, truly slowing down.

Change, and new beginnings being humbling.

Fears around Ai and what it means to creatives like me.

We end with a blissful 20 minute crystal soundbath, permission to actually stop, pause, rest and check in.
