This calming & mind resetting Ocean Adventure is the perfect way to release any wriggly energy & messy mind bringing you back to yourself.

So before the audio starts, get set up lying down on a comfortable surface, with small pillow under the knees if desired & a blanket & maybe a toy & eye covering (if tolerated). This MG will also work if sitting up is preferred.

This is a great way to reset during a busy or overstimulating day or to help brain get prepared for sleep. It really helps with any sleep deficits too, so if you’ve got lots to do later, prioritise this for 10 mins first & watch the brain quieten down & the energy of your body increase.
