• 7. Breathing With Willis Johnston
    Apr 29 2021
I am so excited to share this episode with you! I sit down to have a heart connecting conversation with my friend Willis about the power of our breathe, community and nature. We both talk A LOT and it is a conversation I cannot wait for you to hear. This episode also includes a breathing exercise for you to try at home. You don't want to miss it!   Willis Johnston is a dog dad, a yoga + pranayama teacher, a dance educator, and a life lover based in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Willis loves and honors many yoga lineages, as well as the practical and powerful intersection of yoga+science. Willis strives to bring these things together in all of his offerings in an effort to facilitate a more embodied practice for his students. His goal as a teacher is to pass on the tools, tricks, and techniques that he personally finds helpful, so that his students feel empowered, in charge, and with choice in their lives. Willis believes yoga is happening all the time, and when your on-the-mat practice is rooted in substantive theory, you can begin to shift your off-the-mat life to a more grounded, capacious and imaginative place.    Find Willis Johnston- IG- @flyingheartflow *His Linktree is filled with zoom yoga, retreats and more!

  • Spring Equinox: Activation Meditation
    Mar 19 2021

Happy Spring lovely humans! The promise of life and rebirth is upon us.

This meditation was originally channeled for a Spring Equinox day of ritual package. But, life happened, the transition of spring brought forth healing waters and flooded my garage and basement, so the project did not get completed in it's fullness. Turns out great for you though because I am going to share all of the same goodies for FREE throughout the Spring season instead!

This guided meditation was channeled with the intention to be listened to in the morning on the first day of spring or whenever Spring begins to BLOOM in you.

If the idea of a meditation this long scares you, have no fear. You can simply find a spot in nature, drink your coffee or tea and gaze upon the treetops while you listen. Purposeful thought and being is medicine in itself. There is no wrong way to practice meditation, you must simply, begin.

  • 4. Stillness, Sonder and Synchronicity
    Dec 4 2020

In this episode Lauren invites you to be still, now. This episode starts with shared breath and intention. You will be asked to reflect on all that has happened within and around you in this episode. It is suggested you listen to this episode when you can close your eyes, find yourself in stillness with as minimal distraction as possible (knowing this year doesn't make much room for this, you must create it for yourself).

Get ready to dive deep into the ritual of feeling and examine the sonder that surrounds us in our everyday lives and the synchronicities we can take note of when we allow ourselves to sit and reflect and be with oneself.

Lauren shares her own reflection of an intention she set in 2019 to carry through the year 2020. An intimate connection to all we can achieve and witness when we move forth in our intentions and show up in our power with trust.

So, make the time and snuggle up, this episode is intended to feel like a conversation with a close friend.

  • 3. The Birth of a Mother
    Sep 20 2020

In this episode Lauren talks about the transformation that took place in her life and perspective, after the births of both of her children. We hear the stories of the night Lauren found out she was pregnant with her first child and everything that came after that, right up to the present moment. Pour yourself a cup of tea, cuddle up with your thoughts on mothering and lets feel it all, together.

    Note from Lauren -

This is a deeply personal episode in my own journey of feeling. My hope is that mothers will listen and feel seen and heard in this journey of motherhood. But it isn't only for mothers. We are simply all here through the journey of birth and it hits on all areas of our life thereafter. This episode is for anyone who has been born, and anyone who hopes to change their life. This is my story of birth and motherhood, may listening to it help you better understand my story, yourself and the power of life after birth.

  • 2. Inner Observer
    Sep 5 2020

In this episode we dive deep into The Ritual of Feeling. Lauren discusses the first tool needed to make way for feeling in a healing way, "The Inner Observer". With two guided exercises we move through deep feeling, together and learn to observe ourselves in a less judgmental way.

Make time in your day to sit and be still with yourself. The guided exercises ask for you to close your eyes, so find time and space for that before listening- or pause and come back when you can.
