• Episode 26: Kind versus nice - people-pleasing doesn’t create peace
    Jul 16 2026

In this episode of the Three Little Birds podcast, I’m exploring the difference between being kind and being nice - and why people-pleasing doesn’t create the peace we think it will.

So many of us were taught to be nice: be polite, keep everyone happy, don’t make a fuss, say yes, and avoid upsetting people. But what happens when being 'nice' means abandoning yourself?

In this episode, I talk about how niceness can sometimes come from fear - fear of conflict, rejection, judgement or not being liked - while true kindness comes from love, honesty and self-respect. We’ll look at how people-pleasing shows up in everyday life, why it can leave you feeling exhausted or resentful, and how saying no can sometimes be the kindest thing you do.

I also share practical prompts to help you reconnect with what you really want, take up space in your own life, and choose kindness in a way that includes you too.

This episode is for anyone who is ready to stop over-explaining, over-giving or apologising for having needs.

If this episode has you nodding along, The Safe Space is a beautiful next step.

It’s a calm, supportive membership for women who want to reconnect with themselves, build confidence and grow with gentle accountability.

  • Episode 25: The 12 Laws of the Universe
    Jul 13 2026

In this episode, I’m talking about the 12 laws of the universe and how understanding them can help you feel more connected, empowered and intentional in your everyday life.

This isn’t a heavy, academic explanation - because honestly, we could spend a whole episode (or more!) talking about just one of these laws. Instead, I’m sharing a simple, practical introduction to each one, including the law of divine oneness, the law of vibration, the law of action, the law of attraction and more.

We’ll talk about how your thoughts, emotions, energy and actions all play a part in what you experience, and how you can use that awareness to support your personal growth. I also share real-life examples, gentle coaching prompts and practical ways to work with these laws in daily life.

If you’ve ever felt curious about manifestation, energy, Reiki, self-awareness or why certain patterns keep showing up, this episode is a beautiful place to begin.

If this episode has made you think, “I want to understand myself more deeply and start creating my life with more intention,” The Safe Space would be a beautiful next step.

You’ll find weekly reflections, voice notes, journaling prompts and a community of women who love this kind of conversation as much as you do.

  • Episode 24: Testing and trusting your intuition through simple body-based practices.
    Jul 9 2026

In this short and practical episode of The Three Little Birds Podcast, I’m sharing some simple ways to test your intuition using your body’s natural responses.

These are exercises I often share during my Reiki courses, and students usually love them because they make intuition feel less mysterious and much more accessible.

We talk about the sway test, pendulum testing, the finger lock method and the arm resistance test - all gentle ways to explore your body’s wisdom and notice how your subconscious might respond to yes or no questions.

This isn’t about fortune telling, diagnosing health conditions or handing your power over to a tool. It’s about playing with your intuition, building self-trust and noticing what your body may already be trying to tell you.

If you’ve ever had a gut feeling, a quiet nudge or a sense that something was right or wrong for you, this episode gives you a few fun, practical ways to explore that connection.

Try it lightly, stay curious and see what you notice.

If this episode made you curious about intuition, energy and learning to trust yourself more deeply, Reiki training could be a beautiful next step - and if you’d like a softer place to begin, come and join us in The Safe Space, where we explore personal growth, self-trust and healing in a warm, supportive women's community.

Have a wonderful day, my friend!

  • Episode 23: How to trust your intuition and follow the next right step
    Jul 6 2026

Learn how to trust your intuition, hear your inner voice and follow the next right step with more confidence, clarity and self-trust.

In this episode, I’m talking about intuition - that quiet inner voice, nudge, pull or knowing that often guides us before logic can explain why.

I share how intuition has shaped so many of the biggest decisions in my life, from university and travel to Reiki, relationships, business and motherhood. I also talk about why so many of us learn to tune it out, especially when we are surrounded by outside voices telling us what we “should” do.

For me, intuition doesn’t usually feel loud or dramatic. It feels like a pull. A sense of ease. A quiet knowing. A next step that might not make sense yet, but somehow feels right.

I also share how Reiki, meditation, journaling, nature and stillness have helped me strengthen my intuition, and how you can begin practising with small, simple nudges in everyday life.

This episode is a reminder that your answers are already within you. You don’t need permission to listen to yourself.

Take five or ten minutes today to get quiet and listen for one small intuitive nudge. Follow it, write it down, and notice how it feels.

If this episode has made you curious about your own intuition, Reiki is a beautiful way to deepen that connection.

You can explore 1:1 Reiki sessions, Reiki training or The Safe Space on my website and choose the support that feels right for you.

Have a wonderful day, my friend!

  • Episode 22: How I manifested my business - from redundancy to Reiki
    Jul 2 2026

In this episode, I’m sharing a little more of my story - how I went from working in the City of London for nearly 20 years to becoming a Reiki Master Teacher, sound practitioner and life coach.

I talk about the moment my corporate career stopped feeling aligned, how Reiki first found me through a very unexpected morning practice, and why redundancy, although painful at the time, became the doorway into the work I do now.

This is a personal episode about time, energy, intuition, grief, manifestation, comfort zones and trusting that quiet inner nudge when something no longer feels right. I also share how Reiki, sound baths and coaching became such important parts of my life and why Three Little Birds means so much to me.

If you’ve ever felt stuck in a role, relationship, routine or version of yourself that no longer feels like you, I hope this episode reminds you that change can be scary and still be right. Sometimes the thing that feels like an ending is actually the beginning of something much more aligned.

If this episode brought up questions about Reiki, sound baths, coaching, or your own next chapter, send me an email at amy@threelittlebirdsofficial.com. I’d love to hear from you.

  • Episode 21: Do the thing, the thing will give you power
    Jun 29 2026

In this episode, I’m sharing the story of how I accidentally manifested one of my “weird and wonderful” goals - speaking on a panel - and then had to actually go and do it. 🤣

I’d written it down quietly on my bingo list, told no one, and taken no action towards it. Then, a few weeks later, I was invited by to speak at an International Women’s Day event in front of nearly 200 small business owners. Lovely? Yes. Terrifying? Also yes.

This episode is about what happens when we say yes to something that feels scary but aligned. I talk about nerves, public speaking, confidence, storytelling, personal growth and why action often comes before confidence - not the other way around.

Inspired by the quote “do the thing, the thing will give you power,” I explore how doing the thing helps us take our power back from fear, overthinking and self-doubt.

If there’s something on your heart that feels exciting and terrifying in equal measure, this might be the little nudge you need.

I hope you enjoy it, I hope it makes you laugh, and I hope it helps.

If this episode has made you realise there’s something you’re ready to do, but you’d love support, encouragement and accountability as you take that next step, coaching could be a beautiful place to start.

And if you’d love a softer layer of support, reflection and community around your growth, come and join us inside The Safe Space.

  • Episode 20: Small words, big impact: how your language shapes your life
    Jun 25 2026

In this episode of The Three Little Birds Podcast, I’m talking about the small words we use every day - and how much power they have over the way we think, feel and act.

So many of us speak on autopilot. We say things like “I have to,” “I should,” “I’ll try,” “I’m bad at that,” or “I’m just checking in,” without really noticing how those words make us feel. But language is powerful. The words we choose can make us feel stuck, guilty, powerless and overwhelmed - or they can help us feel clearer, stronger, calmer and more in control.

I share simple language swaps you can start using straight away, including changing “I have to” into “I choose to,” “should” into “could,” and “I’m bad at” into “I’m learning.” We also talk about saying no, people-pleasing, boundaries and why a clear no is often kinder than a reluctant yes.

This episode is a gentle invitation to notice your words and choose the ones that support the version of you you’re becoming.

Notice your language this week. Catch one “should,” one “just,” or one “I have to,” and gently swap it for something that feels more empowering.

For deeper support with confidence, boundaries and choosing yourself, explore The Safe Space Membership or coaching with me.

I hope you enjoy it, I hope it makes you laugh, and I hope it helps.💜🤟
