I have been thinking about supervision quite a bit lately. I have read a few articles and seen a few things pop up on Instagram where people are unhappy with their clinical supervisor for what seems to be a variety of reasons.I have always found it kind of odd that we have to train for at least four years to be deemed competent and qualified enough to work with clients, but the same rules do not apply to supervisors. As someone with over 21 years of clinical experience, this podcast is ten minutes of my thoughts and concerns around this issue.
