This meditation technique is from the book “breaking the habit of being yourself” and it’s so much easier to do the meditation with along with Joe Dispenza’s guidance than doing this meditation by myself. Also this meditations are including both techniques to switch from beta to alpha the water visualisation and the space visualisation. Happy that I found this, it became a part of my daily meditation practice.
