Inutile quella sofferenza, dice, se realizziamo che noi non siamo i nostri corpi inferiori (fisico, emozionale, mentale) e che non dobbiamo essere loro schiavi, ma il cocchiere che guida la carrozza di cui essi sono i cavalli. Il libro breve, sintetico, ma molto chiaro, ed è completato da un esercizio di meditazione.
