My second favorite couple
Ex and Meridian are an amazing couple. They are fire and ice and the fire between them is scorching. The ruthlessness while still having a sense of mortality is a trait AE Via has perfected. Besides God and Days first book this is my favorite. I have an HR left of the book and wish I could go back and re listen to it all over again!

Just When You Think It Can’t Get Better
I loved the book and loved the audio more. Ex and Meridian are such strong MCs. Introducing them along side the Nothing Special family is genius. Aiden Snow is a phenomenal narrator who gets progressively better with every book. I can’t wait for the next book and hope to see Ex and Meridian again!

Spectacular as always
I can honestly say as I was reading and listening to this book I was hoping that it never ends. But glad to know that this is not the end of Nothing Special series. I hope Aiden snow continues to narrate all of your books he does such a wonderful job with them. I hope some of your other books become available on audible as well. Thank you for not just the romance but the action packed as well.

AE Via just keeps doing what she does best with EX Meridian which is give you thrilling, action packed romance with a great plot and characters. And as always the fabulous Aiden Snow delivers a spectacular narration performance.

So so so Good!!!
Oh this was just so good! I wasn't sure how 2 new characters were going to be woven into my beloved Nothing Special world, but it was so expertly done by Ms. Via. First let me start with Ex and Meridian...these two were super alphas, bad ass, military trained operatives that have been working together and off the grid for 8 years. Trained to be super killing machines, devoid of attachments and emotions. That did not stop them from letting their love for each other come through. Their romance was a sweet, slow burn amidst the intensity of trying to bring a killer to justice. Their relationship was intense, strong and sexy as hell!
They were working on a "case" in Atlanta and crossed paths with God, Day and the whole gang! It made my heart so happy. The storyline was gripping, the action was so good and kept me on the edge of my seat and we got heavy interaction with God, Day, Syn, Roux, Green, Steele, Tech, Michaels, Judge, Hart and Free...it was splendid!
As in true AE Via style, the action was intense and gripping, the love between all these men was strong and present and the payoff was fabulous! The last 2 bonus scenes at the end were simply splendid. She knocked this out of the park!
As always I just cannot imagine anyone but Aiden Snow bringing this series to life. He does tough, alpha males like no one else...raw, gritty, emotional, intense with that underlying compassion they all have. He was just perfect!

Great
As always A.E.Via doesn't disappoint. Aden Snow narration was on point. You can always tell which character is talking. EX and Meridian's story was good, love how their background stories were told. I purchased the book first and I couldn't wait until it was available as an audible book. I hope to see where this goes on the snitch in the force. So excited about a next book?

enjoyed all 7 books!!
i loved it..the narration was good, a nice voice. after 7 books you can really get into these characters. They are a tight niche interesting group. Ex and Merdian fit with the story line well, they have awesome skill. I hope there is another book an 8th book would be ok...i highly recommend!!!

Aiden Snow’s voice is absolutely mesmerizing and brings AE Via’s guys to life.

Story: Holy smokes! This book is a 10 out of 5 stars for me!
Let me start with saying that the plot of the book is really well thought out and the sequence of events makes the suspence a constant throughout the whole story - there is no reprieve! Putting the book down was painful!
I loved how balanced the story was - we get a healthy dose of action, criminals and justice soldiers, but it is perfectly interrupted by the evolution of the relationship between MCs. The multiple POV narration makes it for a very well presented story! Loved it in every detail and there was not a scene that felt redundant.
And now onto to the sweet cherry on top of the cake: the romance part. This book is not for the faint of heart! You get enough pining and tension between Ex and Meridian, to cut it with a knife (a very sharp one at that). All the emotions are presented in a way that sucks you in and makes you feel like you are the one experiencing them! The characteristics of both MCs are really unique and the author put a huge challenge for herself in presenting them in a way that didn't feel exaggerated. And the challenge was eaten for breakfast! I loved every second of getting to know these tough guys!
All in all, the book was just one beautiful bundle of awesomeness and masterfull writing! It has been a while since I felt compelled to sing a book such detailed praises!
Narration: Aiden Snow did an absolutely awesome job narrating this gem. Everything fit the story perfectly!

Elevated by the narration
I already knew I liked the book as I have read it in print, but good lord does Aiden Snow elevate it into something else entirely! His voice suits perfectly, with Ex’s and Meridian’s characters taking on distinctly different personas and a story that grips early and keeps your attention throughout.

Great story!
I really enjoyed the book. It was fun to see Ex and Meridian interact with God and Day. It would be good to read more books with Ex and Meridian. They are very interesting characters. The narrator was great as well.

Very Special
When a promising young man is killed just because he was in the wrong place and the wrong time, it sometimes may attract deadly men filled with rage and revenge. And when the local police and special forces have to deal with prosecutors who are on the payroll of the warlords it might be handy to have such men as your friends and only a button away. I deeply fell in love with Ex and Meridian, two men who shouldn't feel anything and especially feel no love. But love cannot be stopped and it makes the world a better place. Aidens deep voice makes your toes curl when he growls Mer. He quickly became one of my favourite narrators.

another brilliant addition to the Nothing Special series. X and Meridian are a wild card edition to the series independent super operatives out for revenge for the killing of x's brother. clever, strong damaged, definately interesting. lots more God and Day. more more more

Oh boy!!!! These two came from left field and what a perfect pairing they are, total badasses🔥 Our favourite characters are all included and I adore all of them, I hope this series never ends!!!

OMG!!! This is the best in the series by far!
I didn’t think Via could come out with better partners than God and Day however, Ex & Meridian have blown this series out of the park. I couldn’t get through this book fast enough. and then it was finished too soon.
Aiden Snow as usual with his deep baritone did an amazing job.
