Publisher's Summary

Hurt is one of the main negative emotions that all of us experience in life. Although not a good feeling , it is not bad in itself and is a natural experience in certain circumstances. It only becomes a problem when we hold onto past hurt for too long and in such a way that it stops us from moving on in life.

This hypnotherapy recording is designed to help you to release unnecessary or past hurt, so you can feel confident and strong in yourself now. When you use this hypnosis recording successfully it doesn't mean that you won't feel hurt ever again, but it does mean that you will be able to put things in perspective and if you are hurt in the future you will be able to react in proportion to that situation, rather than it being like "the straw that broke the camels back", resulting in an over the top experience of hurt.

When this occurs, the brain reacts by synchronizing to the same rhythm. This phenomenon is called the Frequency Following Response (or FFR). FFR is used here to assist people to rapidly access deep meditat...

Darren Marks is a noted British hypnotherapist and self-described "master practitioner of NLP" a.k.a. neuro-linguistic programming.

In Release Hurt, Marks utilizes several of his relaxation and hypnosis techniques, set to peaceful sounds, in attempt to reprogram your mind and allow yourself to release lingering, and perhaps unnecessarily strong, feelings of hurt from the past. And moving forward, Marks hopes that we may find it easier to react in proportion to, or even brush off, future hurtful experiences.
