  • How to be a customer-centric brand
    Jul 30 2021

Having a customer-centric business will help you waste less time marketing badly, get more sales, build a brand quickly and make your company more fun to work for.

In today's episode in look at the 4 key areas. After listening you will look at the way you use social media, design products, create policies and write ads in a new way.

I place added attention to the’ heroes journey' - a reminder for all of us that when we communicate we should not be the hero, but our customers are the heroes in their own story. The better we can help them feel this way through our products and services the more our marketing and sales efforts will hit home,  the more our customers will become our sales team and the better brands we shall have.

I finish the episode with a little challenge..
