The Rogue Elf

War calls the elves of Urlas to battle. But Kealin, a young half-elf training to be a Sacred Blade, and his three siblings, are forbidden to go. They are not ready, or so they're told. But Kealin's lineage has a dark secret and the High Council of Urlas fears what he may become . . . Someone that could actually help him reach his sister. To reach this enigmatic entity, Kealin must trace a path of blood down an entire region. Dogged by a dark curse on his own soul, he must run the gauntlet of the Grand Proetectorate's legions and their anti-elven zealotry. Kealin's only aid comes from a duo of fugitive of treasure hunters and a mysterious woman of magic unlike any he has ever met.

His parents are dead. His brother is trapped. His sister is missing. If Kealin is going to help either of them, he must find Risdannia. But he is alone in a strange land with few allies. War encroaches. Kealin is torn between helping his friends and uncovering a way to save his siblings. Finding Risdannia is only a part of his journey. A powerful wizard has emerged and in his path are thousands of innocent people. With his resurrected orc hordes, he seeks to exterminate all who threaten him.

Kealin's blades still reek from the blood of Vakron-Tur. He defeated the dark wizard but lost his elder brother. The dark god Vankou's voice resonates in his mind, and he struggles to control what little of himself that remains. Now being so close to reaching his sister but with so much lost already, he wonders what end will come from his struggles. Journeying south with his companions, he meets Veora, a beautiful but sadistic necromancer. As an acolyte of the Five and a student from the High Sanctum of magic, she agrees to lead them to her masters. 

The western lands tremble. The city of Eh-Rin is under siege and with the nearing eclipse of the moon, the powerful spells protecting the ancient city will fail. The legions of the Grand Protectorate ready their forces to smite the very place that stands as the last beacon of hope in a darkening world. In a desperate assault to save Eh-Rin, Kealin and his companions draw upon the power of death magic and unleash a horde of their own in a final attempt to defeat the enemy that has already claimed two elven kingdoms.

Kealin and Tulasiro journey North with haste and the half-elf of Urlas knows he may not return. His challenger has haunted his mind and struck down his loved ones; Vankou, the god of death, will not take another. Kealin will have vengeance for the fallen. Armed with the god-sword gifted to him by a fallen deity and the blood of the Dwemhar surging in his veins, Kealin prepares for the final battle. But the seas he once sailed upon have changed much in the last few years. The world quakes as all the energies of magic swirl towards a gathering in the heavens above the dark parts of the north.

Kealin Half-Elf has only been like this for a few weeks. He feels a hunger he never had before. Before this, he had mastered the power of his ancient Dwemhar heritage and fought an ascended being, but he, too, was mortally injured. In an act of desperation, vampirism was used to preserve his life and now he must hurry to reverse the effect before he is forever trapped in a state of maniacal blood lust.

Every plan has fallen apart. The Blood grasps the Shadowlands. Can any defeat the Great Seer? More importantly, can they stand against what she creates? Kealin can no longer be in the sunlight. Weakened and broken, he embraces the guidance of a Vampire Lord and has gained a new furry companion with a penchant for a magic he's never seen. If he is to help the others, he must learn to control his new powers, but the goblins swarming his new master's lands will complicate that and his Master has his own secrets....

Kealin rushes to Aeveam's aid. Though he has had a victory with Eschal and defeated one of the demonic realms, there is much more at work than mere spiders and dwarves. He is confident in his control of his vampiric side but a new enemy hunts him.

The Great Seer makes her move. As Evurn moves to retake Eliadel, a greater enemy reveals itself. Aeveam is learning the secret to her own lineage and hidden power that was suppressed. A twisted zeal grows within her. Now, Kealin and Trugno work with the paladin Elwynn and the Order of Iruda to attempt to cut off the Great Seer's ties to demonic energies and blood magic. But Kealin has been drifting into the repository of knowledge known as the Book of Urakel, an ancient tome with a personality of its own . . . who is this unseen hand that scribes such dark revelations?
