every woman can be benefited to some extent

this book is very long and dragged at times but it's content is still capable of making a huge impact on women. please note that it may not be a suitable read for men/boys(not because it's inappropriate for them but only because it's heavily directed towards the issues which females face.)
it can be a soothing balm if one has gone through self esteem issues or some sort of bullying.
i found it a good book especially for teenage girls because if they internalize the concepts early on it can really make a difference in how they see and perceive the world and act in their relationships.

eye opener for everyone facing shame

loved the way Brene brings thoughts to the platter and makes it so practical to see and feel. very very helpful for someone struggling with shame issues.
