Publisher's Summary
What would it be like to have a true mate? What if that mate was a werewolf? Three best friends are about to find out.
Begin the award-winning Grey Wolves series with the first three books: Prince of Wolves, Blood Rites, and Just One Drop.
The Grey Wolves series follows the adventures of three high school seniors, Jacque, Jen, and Sally, as the girls are introduced to the hidden world of the Romanian grey wolves. The grey wolves' universe is populated with dominant male Alpha werewolves who slowly succumb to the darkness within them unless they find their true mates. It just so happens these three ladies are destined to become true mates to some of the most powerful males in the Canis lupus world.
But destiny won't be fulfilled without a fight. Female Canis lupus are few and far between, and sinister dominant wolves will rise to challenge for the right to mate with these new, unique females. The ensuring chaos will undermine the strength of the packs, just when a new threat to the Canis lupus world emerges, one that can only be defeated by the strength that comes from the special union of true mates.

Loved every minute. Great story. It was even pretty funny at times. I can’t wait to read the rest of the series.

The wayyyyy this book made me holler🤣
This series i thought would be just something I’d let play in the background while I peddled around my house. I enjoyed the story but also enjoyed how hilarious this book was a certain points. I kept thinking it would be sorta juvenile but it’s not. It was funny and I have enjoyed it!

That is not a good romainian pronunciation
The story and the books are easy to like . Please, if you want to use a different language, learn how to pronounce out of respect . It is annoying so much because I couldn't focus on the story. It is iubirea mea ( my love ) and many others mistakes

Good plot
I'm enjoying this series more than I expected, right until I got to book 3. There's a long sequence where two of the main characters are texting and the reader is doing something so annoying with the texts I can't stand it. No spoilers, but she's actually saying reptively, dozens of times before each and every very short message:
Jennifer Text:
Decebel Text:
Jennifer Text:
Decebel Text:
If the messages were long, maybe I could get past it, but a there's a stream of short, choppy dialog that goes on over 5 minutes or more. Every few words the narrator adds the character name followed by the word Text. Why would anyone do this? The narrator is skilled enough to give each of the main characters their own accent. Decebel has a deeper voice and a Romanian accent and Jennifer is American. It's not like I'd have any problems picking out which character is saying what. They should rework all of those scenes with the prolonged texting.
Other than this, I'm enjoying the charactes, the suspense, the pacing. There's a few unusual twists about werewolves in this world that keeps things hopping.

Questionable
Story was good but the dialogue between Jackie, Jennifer and Sally was way too stupid no teenager I know talk like they did . I wasn't sure I was able to finish this story. The narrator Abby Craden could have found a different voice for Jenn she sounded like she had been smoking for years.
