  • Episode 79: Ilja van de Griend, Psychotherapist, Prenatal and Perinatal Special, Co-Founder AlmaSoma, Sponsor: Happy Babies, Full Incarnations
    May 12 2026

Ilja van de Griend is a Dutch-Portuguese transpersonal psychotherapist, Certified Compassionate Inquiry Practitioner, trainer, and co-founder of AlmaSoma Transpersonal Training Institute. She is also a mother of three daughters.

With more than 20 years of clinical and educational experience, she specializes in Pre- and Perinatal Therapy for both adults and babies.

She is certified by EUROTAS and is a professional member of the EARTh Association for Regression Therapy. Her interdisciplinary background includes training in Pre- and Perinatal Education and Therapy, Compassionate Inquiry, Regression Therapy, Brennan Healing Science, and Coaching. She is currently completing a Master’s degree in Child and Adolescent Clinical Psychology.

Her work is rooted in the understanding that our earliest experiences lay the foundation for our entire life — and that it is never too early or too late to access, process, and integrate them in service of a more embodied and integrated life.

From this understanding emerged the initiative to organize the symposium “Happy Babies, Full Incarnations”, which will take place from May 22–24 in Lisbon, Portugal, with both in-person and online participation options, with Kate White being one of the presenters.

  • Episode 78: Frank Carbone on Cellness, Healing and Womb Continuum
    Mar 19 2026

Frank Carbone offers support and guidance in experiential and creative ways to explore movement, sensation, and deep healing through an embryonic journey from within. Through Continuum practices, participants track and reflect on the sensations of being held in a womb-like field of co-creative bio-resonant expression—exploring the restorative capacity of fluid to dissolve, reorganize, and return to form.

In this work we connect to the fluid systems of the body and the mysterious slow rhythms of our ever-creative embryo, rediscovering the intelligence and regenerative potential of our living cells.

Frank is a Biodynamic Cranial Sacral Therapist, Sivananda Yoga Teacher, singer, songwriter, DJ, and Gyrotonic Instructor. He is also the creator of Womb Continuum, a synthesis of over 20 years of study with Continuum founder Emilie Conrad combined with Pre- and Perinatal Therapy with Dr. Raymond Castellino.

Frank served as a personal assistant to Dr. Castellino for six years and assisted in over 85 Womb Surround processes worldwide. He now offers Womb Continuum workshops internationally and maintains private practices in Ojai, California and New York.

In April 2025, Frank had a car accident and over the subsequent months, he healed himself and created new materials for a book called Cellness. This is his story.
