The following off season I aggravated and re-injured the same injury. Tough bouts of luck.

Finally a redemption set. And I completed all necessary sets an reps. A true turning point in my mentality towards my general strength.

Bracing the lats is so key. It allows your posterior to remain packed and braced and tight during your main three lifts, yes even on bench press. I noticed on all 3 lifts, the tighter and more packed in my lats and posterior chain are, the more fluently and easily my body moves through the motions of each of the 3 lifts.
