Very good, comes mind and improves breathing.it ends abruptly music should continue and nonetheless it is

Relaxing music

The narrator guides the listener to relax and meditate through the crystal bowl music. I wish it would have been little longer in terms of time duration

Love it! Never been able to fall asleep this fast

I absolutely love it. for someone who always had a hard time falling asleep even when tired this 10 minute meditation works brilliantly. Having always used different guided sleep meditations that are like 20- 30minutes for falling asleep this has been a boon. Used this the last 2 nights, and I guess I fell asleep before the 10 minute book was over on both days. This hasn't happened in a very long time.Thank you for this. Much love.
