Book is great but ....
After reading Toyota way I had developed, higher expectations from this book which did not meet. But in itself if one does not compare with toyota way, book reveals exiting paths and thoughts even beyond what was covered in toyota way. Must read if you question lean in services? or how to implement lean successfully in any country, culture or region or what hurdles one needs to expect n plan...
