It's essential to take the time to introspect( like psychologists say) and connect with your inner thoughts and emotions.because the thoughts you are thinking right now is what is creating the feeling of being stuck.

    Grab a pen and paper, sit down, and let your thoughts flow freely. Write down everything that comes to mind about your divorce—the pain, the disappointments, the desires for the future.

    This process of brain dumping allows you to gain clarity and insight into your thoughts and feelings.Once you've poured out your thoughts, it's time to turn the page and focus on what you want now. Acknowledge the pain and loss, but also recognize the opportunities for growth and transformation. Write down your desires, whether it's cooperative co-parenting, a new career path, or a mindset shift towards resilience and positivity.

    Every day, wake up with a clear focus on your goals and desires. Challenge old beliefs and perspectives that no longer serve you, and replace them with new, empowering beliefs. Be willing to accept these new beliefs wholeheartedly and commit to them with persistence and determination.it is like going to the gym , you cant build muscles in a day? Can you?

    Incorporate daily practices like mindfulness, meditation, visualisation, and segment setting into your routine. These practices help rewire your brain and cultivate a positive mindset, ultimately shortening the grieving process around divorce. Remember, persistence is key—consistently practising these techniques will lead to profound transformation and healing.you start observing the changes in your life immediately !l
