    Welcome to
    The Good Energy Doctor: Life is a gift
    Podcast.

    We are often using many and strong word to describe the things in our lives that do not feel so good: Bad, disaster, horrifying, unfair, ridiculous, horrendous, suffering, painful, etc.
    Here I suggest that you bundle them all up and call them a Challenge.

    A challenge is something we can be curious about. We can go into it thinking: what can I learn from this? Where is the key to overcome this challenge, I know I have it!

    When we approach life this way new things will open up. You will see.

    Life is a Gift
    Help me bring light to this world by turning your attention to the good and opening yourself up for the good in others and how amazingly connected we are to the good core of other humans and to the much bigger picture that we all fit in.
